Your Dream Team
The Doriot Construction team is Southwest Washington’s premier, award winning luxury custom home builder.
From concept to completion, the Doriot Construction team is here to make your dream home a reality.
After spending time with Tracy you realize that he’s not only passionate about quality, but he’s also dedicated to positive advocacy for the construction industry. He’s served in leadership roles (multiple times) for the Building Industry Association in Clark County and for the State. He understands what is wrong and what is right with the home building industry. He’s generous with his knowledge, time, and team; and he’s someone you want as the captain of your dream-home-team.
Jim joined the Doriot Construction team in 2006. Nine years later, in 2015, he became Tracy’s partner. From client relationships, to managing all vendor and trade partner projects, Jim is the go-to-guy on our custom luxury home builds. He’s linked into our communication software providing real-time updates, photos and reports to clients. He has over 15 years of experience in the construction industry and he’s an essential member of the Doriot Construction family.
Sabrina joined Doriot Construction in 2018 and brings 25 years experience to the team. Over her career, she’s been part of nearly every phase of custom home build projects. Plus, her former role with the leading luxury home real estate agency in the PNW adds to her knowledge of the market. She routinely offers thoughtful solutions to complex problems.
An administrative wiz, Kristin brings so much to the Doriot Construction team. She’s a top-notch organizer and tracker with a positive can-do attitude that is infectious. She’s a Clark College and WSU Vancouver graduate with a degree in Business Management. She’s passionate in marketing, finance, and business leadership and growing her knowledge in the home building industry.
Barb is our financial wizard behind the curtain. She’s putting her 32 years of construction accounting experience to work for Doriot Construction. Fun fact: She was as a laborer on the I-205 bridge, final concrete paving of the deck, Washington side. Her Dad taught her how to swing a hammer and id all the tools for DIY projects and she hasn’t looked back since. She plays the flute, has raised four children and volunteers in the community.
New to the Doriot Construction team, her role is to tell the Doriot story to the world. She comes from a journalism, graphic design, marketing, and business association background. For over 15 years, she’s been telling the small business story. While at the Greater Vancouver Chamber of Commerce she was the editor of the Vancouver VISION Magazine and routinely created collateral for some of Clark County’s largest events and programs.
