Step #1 - INterview us
The Doriot Construction team is looking for phenomenal, intelligent, creative, dynamic people wanting to build their dream home. The right personality fit is important to us. Send us an email or give us a call for your first meeting at our offices in Hazel Dell or on location.
Step #2 - Brainstorm
Collaborate over sketches, pinterest boards, plans, and ideas and we’ll translate your vision into complete working drawings with our design partners.
Step #3 - Plan
We work alongside you, to make your dream home a reality. From luxury custom home design and construction, to land acquisition, due diligence, land use issues and engineering, our long-time industry partners and staff will help you navigate the increasingly complicated regulatory landscape.
Step #4 - Assemble the players
Showcasing and selecting our vendor partners. We have a passion for perfection and proudly deliver unparalleled luxurious custom homes. Your project will receive the highest quality workmanship at the best possible prices due to our longstanding relationship with our area’s finest suppliers and subcontractors.
Step #5 - LEt the work begin
Measure twice, cut once. Our attention to the finer points is unsurpassed by anyone else in the business. We understand how important your new home is and we leave nothing to chance. Everything we do is quality checked and re-checked.

Keeping communication up. Our team will become your family through the home building process. Phone, email, text, and in-person interactions and reporting via CoConstruct will keep you involved and informed so you can enjoy every moment of bringing your dream home to life.
